- All services are provided based on available scheduling and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Pricing, promotions, and discounts are subject to change and may not be combined unless specified.
- Payments and Deposits
- Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For extensive repairs or custom orders, a deposit may be required.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, debit card, cash, and financing options through approved providers.
- Estimates and Pricing
- Estimates are provided based on inspection and may change upon further examination.
- Prices listed do not include applicable taxes, fees, or additional parts unless specified.
- Liability
- Handz On Auto Care is not liable for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or for damage resulting from factors outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, theft, misuse).
- Vehicle owners are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is safe to operate when returned after service.
- Warranty
- We provide a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty on parts and labor for certain services.
- This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage due to neglect.
- Insurance Claims and Third-Party Warranties
- Handz On Auto Care may work with insurance and warranty providers on behalf of the customer. However, clients are ultimately responsible for any outstanding payments or claims not covered by the third party.
- Vehicle Pickup and Delivery
- Free pickup and delivery services are available within a 10-mile radius.
- Handz On Auto Care is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events.
- Loaner Vehicles
- Loaner vehicles are provided based on availability and require a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and signed agreement.
- Clients are responsible for any damage or fines incurred while the loaner vehicle is in their possession.
- Consent for Communication
- By providing contact information, you consent to receive communications, including service updates, marketing, and promotions. You may opt-out at any time.
- Data Protection
- We collect and use customer information in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Data collected is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling services and improving customer experience.
- Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable federal laws of the United States.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
