These guys are quick! They fixed up my 2012 Fiat 500c within 24 hours! They know what they're doing, and are very good at explaining what's going on with the vehicle. I sadly have to take her back in to see if they can fix her further, and have full confidence they can do so. Very good work, I'd even just get oil changes there.

The owner Chris is on site everyday. Scott and the rest of the hands-on family are there on the daily to take care of all worries details that you might have about your automobile. Attention to detail. We started going to Chris and his dad back in Grand ledge before they moved to the store. His wife used to answer the phones and it's a family business That has grown. Chris, Scott and the entire Handz On team are fantastic. They are nothing but honest with what is wrong with your car, how much it cost to fix and what needs to be done immediately. We had my Kia Sorento at the Dealership and Tuffy. Both places kept passing the buck on who’s fault caused the damage. Handz On was recommended by a co worker and we decided to get a third opinion. Come to find out the catalytic converter that Tuffy replaced twice was put on backwards. After not having the car for 2 weeks we had Handz On fix it.
